About Us

Our Story

Established in January 2017, Los Angeles Church of Deliverance (LACD) was organized by Pastor/Elder Michael Hopper and his wife Payge Hopper.  The Hoppers were privileged to be trained by Pastor Monty Mulkey of West Coast Church of Deliverance (WCCD) for over sixteen years.  When Pastor Mulkey moved out of southern California, the Hoppers felt led by the Lord to continue the work of deliverance to directly help Christians get free of demonic influences in order to have a closer relationship with GOD, thus contributing to the great commission.  Pastor Mukey was ordained by the Late Rev. Win Worley, and continues to provide oversight and training for churches like LACD throughout the United States and different countries.

Rev. Win Worley, mentor to Pastor Mulkey, stated that so many Christians are oppressed and powerless, unable to function effectively for Christ.  People need help through deliverance prayer from demon spirits (sin that so easily besets us).  Most bible teaching churches fail to distinguish between that which stems from the sin nature and that which is demonic; therefore, there is no effective help and relief given.

Tomorrow is not promised to any of us.  Therefore it is imperative that children of the living God walk in their calling and authority NOW, while there is still time.  LACD is established with love, compassion and understanding of how essential it is be delivered from evil spirits to support you in taking action towards your election and calling as a chosen vessel of the king of kings.

LACD is established as a Christian based non-denomination tax-exempt church,  respecting state and federal guidelines to operate within the boundaries of the United States.
